Yapiko

Yapiko - from the first days of the war we began working with them as partners in their core field. Yapiko is a restaurant chain, and after the war began they were among the first to start cooking hot meals for people sheltering in basements, in the Kharkiv metro and in bunkers. As volunteers, we took the requests, worked out how many portions were needed and where, and delivered the hot food all over Kharkiv. Yapiko did the cooking. It was a very important project: at the start of the war, tens of thousands of people were fed thanks to them.

Later, when Yapiko returned to their usual business, they kept supporting the organization and the projects we ran in Kharkiv and the region in almost every direction.

They took part in the bunker, contributing what they know best: advice on the kitchen, professional furniture, tableware - everything needed to cook. They donated household appliances and industrial refrigerators for the bunkers.

They took part in events for children in the liberated territories of the Kupiansk community: from 2022 on we held many matinees and celebrations for all kinds of occasions, and ran a creative hub project in Kharkiv. Yapiko fed these children from their own kitchen and helped fund the gifts.

They were part of all our food-related projects: the food truck, children's matinees, celebrations, performances and shows for kids - serving hot pizza and making sweet rolls, again and again. More than once they supported the rehabilitation center with dog food.

Yapiko is a reliable and powerful partner. Today we know them as major charitable donors: while running a business, they give serious support to many projects, not only ours. Yapiko are a very strong team.
