We use your data for the purpose of: creating mobile applications, developing technologies, personalizing the areas of our charitable activity and matching them to your preferences. In doing so we use aggregated, pseudonymized, or anonymized data, which makes using the sites and related web resources easier and faster. In this way, we pursue the following goals: improving communication channels with the Controller through automated means of communication (e.g., a chatbot); optimizing personalized technologies in the field of data analysis and promoting PO "X-TRAVERSE" online; developing technologies to ensure the security of information systems and personal data and to prevent fraud; optimizing business and logistics processes; continuous development of technical solutions that simplify and optimize personalization; implementing and developing solutions for automated resolution of issues reported by Users; preventing fraud; developing and verifying software solutions aimed at optimizing the necessary business and logistics processes. 5. Service optimization
In order to improve our operations and protect PO "X-TRAVERSE"'s interests, your data is processed in order to: implement solutions that simplify the handling of reported issues (service automation); prevent fraud; properly fulfill PO "X-TRAVERSE"'s obligations related to transferring a charitable donation to the relevant recipients (documenting such transfer and keeping records of it); confirm that our activities comply with legal requirements, particularly in the area of consumer rights and personal data protection; The legal basis for processing your data is a legitimate interest consisting of optimizing our charitable activities, and where the need to process data arises from the requirements of applicable law (e.g., tax law, consumer protection law), the data is processed to demonstrate that our activities comply with such law (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
What data we process
1. To receive information (a newsletter) about special charitable programs: email address, phone number, date of birth. 2. To make charitable donations without registering on the Website: first and last name, email address, phone number, address (street, house number, apartment number, postal code, city or town, country). 3. To make payment of charitable donations: bank account number. 4. To contact you: first and last name, transaction data, contact details, voice - to improve the quality of customer service we may record phone calls, which you will be informed of at the start of the call.
Rights of data subjects
In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights: 1. To have your data erased without stating a reason. 2. To object to the full or partial processing of your data, or to processing for a particular purpose. 3. To restrict the processing of your data for a certain time or to a certain extent. 4. Personal data retention period

Google Analytics Data Protection Declaration
